“You Never Know The Value Of a Moment Until It Becomes a Memory”
Who is Ryan Hender as a Person?
Shortly after marrying my best friend in 2007, we found out we couldn’t have children of our own. As a child, I spent time in Foster Care, so I knew how hard it was to be in the system. Rather than going the traditional adoption route, we decided to foster children so we could change more than just one life. Jackson came to live with us when he was 7 months old, and just months later we were asked to adopt him permanently, along with his twin brothers that had yet to be born. We went from a family of 2 to a family of 5 in just 4 short months. It changed everything.
I had no choice but to quit my job to stay home with our boys, and that allowed me to finally chase my dream of being an artist. I had always wanted to make a difference telling stories, but I never thought I would be doing what I do today. I first fell in love with fine art photography when I was just 15. I spent most of my life making videos purely as a hobby, with just over 2Million views on my YouTube channel. As of 2009 I have been a full-time freelance filmmaker and have enjoyed every second of it.

Hiring a qualified commercial videography and photography company Equals Great Wedding Memories -commercial videography and photography
When planning a wedding, videography and photography forms one of the most important components of the planning. People often worry about the budget as well as the allocation of resources during the planning. This is natural except if the person comes from an extremely wealthy background. If it’s like that, fine, but for other people without such background, they would like to believe they can get the most out of their money by getting an affordable commercial videography and photography company especially when faced with huge expenditures in an event tagged “once in a lifetime”.
Most time, one of the last elements that are needed to be considered before the wedding is videography. However, it is one of the first elements that would later play a role in the “I’d like to have” category of the blessed events. Very often, it is argued that because there will be many photo-shoots, videography is not necessary and this has always turn out to be a big lie. Photos may have obvious advantages (hanging on the wall, easy sharing, portability), but on their own, they can’t convey the true depth of the entire emotion with the movement and sound that emanates from the video of that special day.
From time to time, we hear some people saying, “I only see those videos once or twice, and then I keep it, so I won’t see it again.” What is been heard from people who had their wedding photo-shoot and video done by a commercial videography and photography company by is that it priceless and it’s among their most precious and irreplaceable possession. Digital video transcends most known storage medium. This means that it is possible to preserve these complete memories for ages, passing them from our life to our unborn kids and from generations to generations. Imagine how you will feel with the ability to immerse yourself in the past and see the videos of your great-grandmother on her blessed day and see how happy she was on that day!
Fascinatingly enough, another common claim is that “photography alone is the most important part of my wedding where I’m ready to go overboard.” This is perhaps the worst misconception anyone that wants to wed will have. If you consider hiring a photographer who is so costly such that you’re willing to cut a budget somewhere to fund it, the truth is that you’re wasting your money and spending too much. There are lots of high-quality commercial videography and photography companies with excellent prices that will handle both photo shoot and video shoot. If you compare their prices with the price of hiring just an expensive photographer, then, you will discover that you have the best of both worlds for the same or even lower cost.
When hiring wedding vendors, it is important to hire the one that knows the importance of making the event memorable for the two people who matters most on that day- the Bride and Groom by hiring a qualify commercial videography and photography company!
Molly and Alex hired my company to shoot photos and video at their wedding. Little did they know I’d be asking them to film themselves as they watched their wedding video for the very first time.
We first met at our engagement photo shoot at Antelope Island where things didn’t go as planned. Shortly after arrival we stopped briefly on the highway to get a quick photo before we got to the final destination, we realized that the gnats were going to be an issue, but never did we imagine what we’d encounter for the next 90 minutes.
Both Alex and Molly agreed to continue on, so we did. For the next hour or so, we were stopping every 5 minutes to scratch and pick gnats out of each others’s hair. For a week or more afterward, there we’re still gnat bites on everyone’s scalp, it was not a fun experience. It felt like there were millions of little bugs eating your skin. But, despite the intense bug issues, we continued on to get some great photos.
I think it’s fair to say that their wedding day was much less of an issue. Neither Molly or Alex had seen each others’ dresses prior to the wedding day, so we coordinated a first look that was to die for! In the video, you hear the kids referring to Alex’s butt as “famous”.
It was so magical as they saw each other for the first time, each surprised by the others’ dress, but interestingly enough, they each chose a more comfortable shoe which I could not get over. It’s your wedding, do it the way you want it!
I seriously loved working with these wonderful women, both so strong as individual, and as mothers. They blended their two families into one giant ball of love. Their ceremony and reception were something out of a fairy tale with twinkly lights, a super adorable photo booth, some fabulous friends offering great advice both during the wedding ceremony itself and during the toasts. Their wedding is by far one of the most amazing weddings I have gotten to take part in. May the lovely couple and their adorable little family have a long life of adventure, leave the gnats at the lake.
As a wedding videographer, I always deliver the final product and allow the couple to watch it on their own. While I love getting phone calls, texts, and other forms of reviews online, it’s always been a wish of mine to actually witness a couple watching their wedding film for the first time. This is the reason I do what I do. Filming a wedding is literally back breaking labor, its both physically intensive and mentally/emotionally exhaustive, then there’s the editing. Seeing this video makes all that work worthwhile.
In this modern era, especially in the western part of the world, due to advancement in technology that makes the camera to become cheaper, a lot of people now have their own video cameras that they use to film family gatherings, trips, and other events that interest them. However, most users do not go beyond the basic user level. This is because they know how to position the camera to get some results and this has caused them to underrate the work of a professional videographer as well as their training. Looking at some of the factors that should be considered may increase their gratefulness for the video photographer filming their events. And then, maybe they’ll understand that getting a professional to film their event is not that expensive after all because there are lots of promo video photographers out there they can chose from.
Before a videographer decides to film, he or she must have sufficient knowledge to get the most suitable video equipment that will bring out the best result. Logically, the quality of the lens of the camera to be used is directly related to the results that will be achieved. For a wedding video, for example, it should be more than enough to use a lens with a 10x optical zoom. However, if you’re asked to record a fast sporting event, which requires you to look closely at the athletes remotely, you will need a lens with an optical zoom of 20x or more for such.
One of the most famous and irritating problems with videos is the movement of the camera (camera shake). Even if the cameraman believes that his hands are so tight on the camera such that he does not have to worry about unwarranted camera movements, it is almost impossible to solve this problem without buying a video camera that has image stabilization as one of its core features. This is the reason why it’s a good idea to look for a promo video photographer. He or she knows camera with the highest degree of image stabilization, hence, it will be used in such situations.
Before a professional videographer buys his or her camera, he or she must test it to know the state and level of image stabilization of the camera as well as other factors that can affect the quality of their work so they can give clients the best. For instance, weddings are often held in churches where the quality of light is known to be poor. Most normal persons do not know that it’s not all video cameras that work effectively in low light situations. A professional promo video photographer that you hire will test the camera to know how effective it is under such conditions.
Another factor that is of great importance is how long the battery of a video camera last. The disappointment that the batteries can quickly run down during an important family event is familiar to many. However, hiring a professional promo video photographer will solve these issues because they always come prepared for such situations.
Most days I watch or listen to motivational and inspirational videos to give me a little bit of an extra boost. I was inspired to write one of my own to potentially help others. I wrote it at a time when I teaching a business class, and some of the attendees were struggling to find meaning in their own lives, let alone inspiration to move their businesses to the next level. If this video helps you at all, please share!
What Happens In Gym Class
What does it mean to dream?
I’m not talking about laying there thinking,
I’m talking about what it means to have something burning inside you
Burning so hot, that you’d do anything to get it out and have it beside you
You don’t have to be content with the content of your life!
We try so hard not to be controlled
Living in a world where nothing is under controlled except US
It’s a tragedy Looking at the trajectory of humanity
Knowing everything and nothing
Unless it’s on little screen
Rather than looking at what’s wrong in the world
It’s time to do something to make it right
Future generations deserve to not fear their future
They should be able to go out and make snow angles
And run through the streets with a kite
Every day the sun rises we have an opportunity to make a difference in our lives you see
To do something for humanity, rewriting history for our future family
Stop the hesitation and preservation of ourselves
Focus on the future generation focus on the future generation
And rise from inspiration and put our own wants on a shelf
You have only ONE life to live
What are you doing with yours?
You don’t have to live in a mansion or drive fancy cars
Whether you’re wealthy or you live behind bars
You can make a difference, today and every day
We all have a chance to sacrifice
Jesus Christ, He paid the ultimate price
Some days it seems life just ain’t worth living
You feel you wanna just GIVE IN, but. Don’t listen
You have what it takes to glisten
What’s the meaning of life you ask?
Before we came to this earth, we were given one simple task
We weren’t sent here to make a pile of cash
When our spirits descended from above and God gave us this world out of love
We promised that we’d come together
That we’d love without reason
You’re only here for a season
See what He sees in YOU
One love, One Purpose
One life to live, what do You have to give?
You don’t have to be perfect to figure it out
Get Up, put in some time, get off that couch
It’s time to stop trying to desperately,
To be something someone thinks you ought to be
Take charge of ME and Believe
You ARE enough!
Some are fast and some are slow
And that is OK in life’s grand show
Life is worth living, and it’s worth living well
When it comes time for that closing bell
What will you have to tell
What kind of life did you live, what kind of love did YOU give?
Did you do enough for your fellow man?
What are they going to write on that stone
When you leave this earth, were you all alone?
The imprint you leave on this life will last
Far beyond what you did in gym class
Headshot Photography is a specialty in which the inner beauty of a person is been emphasized. This type of photos is mainly used in the film and modeling industry. In general, casting directors and advertisers select models and actors according to what’s in their portfolio. Meanwhile, there’s no better way of showing your physical assets and looks than to take headshot pictures.
Headshot Photography is a critical factor with respect to the success or failure of the career of any model or actor. Therefore, there’s a need to select the right photographer. The main goal of such actors and models should be to find a professional headshot photographer. They should be able to make rousing photos that accentuate one’s physical values as well as versatility. Typically, employing the service of experienced head-shot photographers are somehow costly. However, you can look for professionals who guarantee quality and affordability at the same time. There are many possibilities out there; you just have to dedicate some time looking for them and you will surely get the one that suits your need.
Begin your search by requesting for referrals and references from colleagues and friends. It is better to ask people who got similar auditions to yours. Ask where they took the pictures in their portfolio. Of course, you can take good advantage of the information you got from them to get a perfect headshot Photographer that suits you.
Also, on the Internet, one can also find photographers that specialize in headshot photography too. You can read more about different photographers online and their attributes: how many years they’ve spent doing headshot photography, who was their former clients, the number of clients they’ve served, what are their fees, etc. Take a look at their portfolio and see who is suitable for you.
Call them and ask them for the details of the services they provide to clients. Especially, fees and charges that are relevant to the service you require. Choose the one whose studio is near your location. It is also imperative to ask if additional services such as hairstyling, accessories, make-up etc. are included in the package. If not, make an arrangement with a professional stylist and make-up artist during the photo-shoot to make things go smoothly.
It is important to visit the Headshot Photography Studio to see the equipment is available if there a possibility. It would also be very helpful if you spend some time watching the photo sessions. Also, you can take a close look at some sample photos usually in albums and photo frames hanged on the wall of the studio. Have a good conversation with the photographer to establish a good relationship. This would make the photo session both pleasant and comfortable for you and the photographer. Remember that you need to work together for the photo sessions to be a success. Headshot photography requires you to be cooperative with the headshot photographer to achieve your aims of having a successful photo-shoot.

Absolutely! We’ve developed some pretty awesome packages that give you the best of both worlds.
Our clients LOVE the fact that they have two professionals working every angle of the wedding day.
Having two professionals is an incredible asset to wedding day coverage, we are able to cover the Bride and Groom getting ready, multiple angles of the ceremony and reception!
One of the many highlights to hiring Ryan Hender Films is you get two full time professionals on your wedding day!
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED & DO YOU TRAVEL?
We are based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
All our pricing includes free travel up to 25 miles outside of Salt Lake City.
Travel is billed very simply. If Airfare, Hotel & Rental Car are needed all you are responsible for is a direct reimbursement for the charges.
DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE A SHOT LIST?
Other than family groupings, we would prefer you didn’t. Let us explain why.
It is very helpful to know who your important family and friends are on the wedding day.
Working from a checklist is counter productive from the work you see on our website, shot lists are a great idea in theory, but we generally capture those images without prompting.
Providing us with a long list of shots will reduce the amount of wedding day documentation we are able to achieve. Therefor making your gallery much different than what you have seen.
LOCATIONS AND PERMITS
There are many places that require you to get a permit or pay a fee for photography.
If you have any questions about locations or photography fees let us know and we can help you find the answers.
WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
We use multiple professional Canon & Nikon full frame cameras and lenses.
Make sure your photographer has multiple professional camera bodies during your big day. This is an oversight often missed by most brides but could spell disaster for them. Cameras do and will fail at some point no matter how new or expensive they are. Professional lenses are equally important, they help render the highest quality imagery under any conditions.
Rain, Snow or Shine our equipment is weather sealed and ready for anything.
The last thing you want is a photographer who is afraid of the elements.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes! Absolutely Yes!
Professional wedding photographers should have the proper insurance for their business. Insurance protects the photographer against equipment theft, but more importantly it provides liability protection in case Great Uncle Phil trips over the photographer’s bag and breaks his leg. When wedding photographers do not have insurance, chances are they are new to the industry or are not taking their business seriously.
DO YOU EDIT MY PHOTOGRAPHS?
Yes we do!
All your images are culled and those that make the final cut all receive our special touch.
We often select a few favorites for special attention above and beyond the individual image editing.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH THE REHEARSAL?
You may add rehearsal coverage to your package at an additional cost if you wish. The Rehearsal Dinner is most often suggested to be covered by the Videographer, and adds an incredible amount of sentimental value in the finished product. Many of our wedding videos include footage from a rehearsal dinner.
WHAT IS AN ONLINE GALLERY?
The online gallery is a section on our website where all of your wedding photographs will be placed online for you and your family and friends to view at any time.
It is also a secure shopping cart for you and family to order prints, cards or albums from and have them delivered right to your door.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOGRAPHS?
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOGRAPHS?
Edited photos are typically delivered 60-90 days after a wedding. Video, being far more labor intensive can take as long as 6 months. These times are just estimates. It may be possible for a delayed delivery depending on overall workload, and what time of year your event is held.
In order to keep our delivery time as short as possible, we do limit the number of events we take each year.
HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS WILL I RECEIVE?
The number of photographs taken depends on many things.
Types of events, hours of coverage, number of guests, locations… The average is 500 images for an eight hour day. Those numbers may vary depending on the day itself.
DO WE RECEIVE RAW FILES OR UNEDITED IMAGES?
The Raw, unedited images are not available for purchase or viewing.
The images selected for final delivery reflect our very high standards and cut images are not archived.
CAN YOU HOLD A DATE FOR ME?
To be fair to everyone we do not hold dates until a deposit is made and a contract is signed.
All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total balance is due to reserve your day.
The remaining balance is due one week before the wedding day. The retainer fee and all money collected is non-refunable. The retainer guarantees the reservation of your date and after the contract is signed we turn down all other commissions for that day.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?
As soon as possible! We don’t hold dates unless we have a signed contract and deposit is paid.
We often book weddings as far as two years in advance. If you want US, the sooner the better!
